The Bubly Wine Refresher Mother's Day Eve Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: The Bubly Wine Refresher Mother’s Day Eve Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 04/01/2026 (“Start Date”) and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 05/11/2026 (“End Date”) (“Promotion Period”). Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents except residents of AR, MD, NJ, UT, WA and WV who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by High Falls Operating Co, LLC d/b/a BrightSip Beverage Co. (“Sponsor”). Employees of High Falls Operating Co, LLC (“Sponsor”), along with their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), any person affiliated with the alcoholic beverage industry, including but not limited to retailers of alcohol products, and their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in or win the Promotion. Individuals who have won a prize (or whose household has won a prize) from Sponsor within six (6) months prior to the Start Date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win. “Household” members shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Promotion Period, (i) follow Bubly Wine Refresher @bublywinerefresher on Instagram, (ii) “like” the corresponding Sweepstakes Instagram post and (iii) Tag the person you would want to celebrate with. All Entries must meet the submission guidelines outlined in these Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to participate. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person and two (2) per household. Entries must be received by the close of the Promotion Period.

PRIZES AND DRAWINGS: On or around 05/25/2026 and subject to confirmation of eligibility, one (1) winner (“Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, text-message, or email and hereby consents to receiving such phone call, text-message, or email by entering this Sweepstakes. The prize (“Prize”) includes:

• Up to $5,000 for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to use towards travel and accommodations to an adult-only resort or beach getaway. Travel and accommodation will be booked by Sponsor’s travel agency and travel must be booked within 10 weeks of Winner being notified of winning or Winner forfeits the Prize. When working with Travel Agency, trip must be booked at least 45 days out.

Exact specifications of prize to be determined in collaboration with Sponsor and Sponsor’s travel agency and may vary from as described above based on availability. The approximate total retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $5,000.00. Other restrictions apply. The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Prize will be awarded unless Sponsor cannot obtain documentation from a potential Winner to prove age and residency, in which case Prize may not be awarded. Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses if travel and accommodations are over the $5,000.00 max value and for any costs and expenses not specifically stated as being included herein including, but not limited to, travel, passport fees, fees, additional services, upgrades, personal expenses, fees associated with travel documents, parking, tolls, gratuities, transportation, excursions, tips food, insurance, all taxes, surcharges, registration fees, and all other costs and expenses incurred in claiming, registering, or using the Prize. Winner and Guest must follow, and their use/receipt of the Prize is subject to, all Sponsor, airport, airline, and/or hotel, requirements and safety protocols. Sponsor will not be responsible in the event that the Winner and/or Guest is denied entry to a portion of the Prize for any reason, including for failure to comply with any applicable Sponsor, airport, airline, and/or hotel rules or safety protocols. Flight and accommodations are subject to, among other things, delay, postponement, rescheduling and cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for delayed, postponed or cancelation for any reason. In the event of postponement, rescheduling or cancellation, the Winner will be notified by Sponsor, who may substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value or with a company check in the amount of the ARV for the Prize, to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner assumes all responsibility for Winner and Guest in the course of receiving and using the Prize. No alcohol is being awarded as a Prize.

CONDITIONS: Winner and Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Sponsor need not inform you in you have earned an entry or not. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value or with a company check in the amount of the ARV for the Prize. In the event there is any difference between the actual value of the Prize and the ARV, no refund for any difference will be provided. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, Winner is not entitled to the value of the difference. The Prize will be awarded unless Sponsor does not receive required documents in a timely manner in which case the Prize may not be awarded. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. By accepting the Prize, (i) Winners hereby accept any and all risks associated in using the Prize and (ii) Winners hereby indemnify Sponsor for any injuries, including death, obtained in connection with using the Prize. If Sponsor is unable to make contact with or receive personal confirmation from a Winner of being selected as a Winner within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, or if a Winner (i) fails to complete and return all requested documents by the date specified by the Sponsor, (ii) is found to be ineligible, or (iii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The acceptance or use of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name and address (city and state) for promotional purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. If Sponsor should request any additional information from Winner in connection with but not limited to proving Winner’s eligibility status, Winner with have one (1) day from the date of that request to provide the information and/or documentation requested. Should Winner fail to provide the requested information/documentation or book the trip within the specified timeframe, Prize will be forfeited, Winner will be disqualified and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate Winner. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name and address (city and state) for promotional purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. Winner, and Winner’s Guest, if any, will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within three (3) days from the date of receipt. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued in excess of $600.00. All federal, state, and other taxes are the responsibility of each Winner. Sponsor does not provide tax advice. No substitutions are allowed and the Prize may not be transferred, conveyed or auctioned. All Prizes will be awarded unless Sponsor does not receive required documents in a timely manner in which case all Prizes may not be awarded. Winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Released Parties, Instagram, Inc., their respective parent companies and affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property, resulting in whole or in part from acceptance or use of the Prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes regarding this Sweepstakes shall be governed by New York State law and resolved in State or Federal court located in Monroe County, New York. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives any claim for punitive, incidental, and consequential damages. BY PARTICIPATING, EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THEY MAY BRING A CLAIM AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.
